About Scheme details
Shri Jain Visa Oswal Seva Samaj organizes various social activities benefiting our community and people. In current times, the most important among these is Kelvani Sahay Yojna.
Under this Yojna, books are distributed to all students at heavily subsidized rates. Selected students identified are also supported with financial assistance. Currently, around 100 students are benefiting from this scheme.
In today's scenario, the current funding available with the Samaj's treasury is limited and only few deserving students are able to take advantage of this welfare scheme.
The Yojna requires approximately Rs. 15 lakh for smooth functioning and reaching out to all deserving students.
With only Rs. 3 lakh currently funded from the interest earned ever year, and further allotment of Rs. 5 lakh will be made from additional sources, there still is need to further support this Yojna.
This is a humble request to all fellow members of the Samaj to contribute generously as this will fund the future growth of young minds of our Samaj.
